Casa Carino is a gorgeous private designer residence styled by Kwaiispaces in a Portuguese theme with four air con bedrooms with attached bathrooms and one bed room without an attached bathroom.
We also have an air con living & dining room. The entire villa en-caps a massive swimming pool from three sides.
The ground level is home to four air con bedrooms with double beds and attached bathrooms. The air con study room can be used as an additional bedroom, it has a sofa pull out bed. The house also has a powder room near the pool.
The full-time resident caretaker manages daily housekeeping.

Casa Cariño is a gorgeous private designer residence styled by Kwaii spaces in a modern portuguese theme. The entire villa en-caps a massive swimming pool from three sides. The verandah also has our outdoor dining section.
We have five air con bedrooms. Four have double beds with attached bathrooms, the fifth is essentially a study room with a sofa-cum-bed. A powder bathroom is attached to the lounge.
Our aircon lounge also has an upper level library-study for those zen like moments.

The interior design is truly one-of-a-kind, and the villa comes with all the amenities you could ever want.
The pool was designed along the lines of a green pond in front of ancient temples (kund), which inspired the choice of deep green mosaic tiles for the covering.
The idea was to create a long reflecting pool using negative edge pool technology that raises the overflow line of the pool from the surrounding deck.
On a calm day, it acts like a sheet of glass, absorbing everything around it.

This incredible villa is built on a single level centered with a verandah with a courtyard pool right outside your bedroom. Our jacuzzi twin jets in a corner of the pool creates a zen like feel in the low lit night hours.
The property is located near Mahe restaurant / anjuna panchayat / Anjuna Gelato store. Very central indeed.

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
