The air con living area occupies most of the ground level showcasing an open design alongwith a dining and equipped kitchen.
Encompassing four air con bedrooms with double bed and attached bathrooms all on the upper levels. The full-time resident caretaker manages daily housekeeping.
Larger Groups can book this villas individually or alongwith another four bedroom villa (Panache) within the same community.

Our home is one of 9 identically structured four bedroom private pool villas within a secure community  located in the chic and trendy Anjuna in the neighborhood of Club Cubana, DoubleTree Hilton & Splashdown Waterpark.
Each of the villas are three storied, with Four air con ensuite bedrooms occupying the upper levels and aircon living, dining and massive private swimming pool area on the ground level.

A swimming pool showered by a water bodies overlooks the length of a spacious patio culminating in a cabana. The air con living area occupies most of the ground level with comfortable seating with a television with TataSky HD package, and a 6 seater dining section with a powder room adjoining the open kitchen, centered by the bar.
The fully functional  kitchen has all the required appliances

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
