Welcome to Kismet Villas, a lavish private villa set within a gated community of adjoining private residences, a quick drive from the popular Anjuna Beach in a quiet little place called Parra.
Our villa is an independent property with its individual entrance. The spacious house its very own private pool which can be accessed from our air con comfortable lounge. Our air con dining section neighbors a well equipped kitchen with ample cook and serve ware.
The home encompasses four air con bedrooms with double bed and attached bathrooms. The full-time resident caretaker manages daily housekeeping.

A show-stopping property in a gated community with exquisite facilities. Take the lounge room for instance - situated at the back of the villa in a cozy nook that meets the living room, the abundant view of the dense forests are alive with tropical birdsong and the earthy scent of nature. The bedrooms are generously spaced out and immensely private - perfect for a good night’s rest away from the more lively areas of the villa. Each bedroom offers a distinct style though equally luxurious. They are ensuite with no compromise on space and high-quality fixtures.

The living room is on the top floor, centered between the pool, dining area, and kitchen and is the ideal spot for casual coffee-fueled conversations or to spend the night watching a movie or two. Though the interiors are fascinating enough to indulge in, you’ll be desperate to spend time outside by the pool.
The balmy climate throughout the year compliments the glistening pool that’s tempting enough to plunge into as you arrive. Flowering plants surround the life-size Buddha statue at the corner. The flexible layout renders the home an excellent choice for groups and families alike.

Larger Groups can book this villas individually or together as per your group needs since we offer two units of Four bedrooms and one unit of Three bedrooms within the same community as well.

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
